AT80 管板焊机头
Ø 尤其适用于32mm（1.26英寸）以上大直径管板焊接
Ø AT 80管板焊接机头为全位置TIG焊接设计的专用焊头，适用于16-80mm管外径的全位置管板焊接。（更换机头定位装置，可将焊口范围扩展到80mm）
Ø 可焊碳钢、不锈钢、钛合金等合金材质；管板接头形式可为管平头和管伸出
Ø 主要应用于化工、食品、换热器、空调、船舶、锅炉、能源、军工和核电等行业
Ø 旋转无缠绕结构，芯轴实现水、电、气自动分配，焊枪轻便化且暂载率高，300A时暂载率达60%
Ø 定位方式可为气动弹性夹头定位或操作架定位，对大管径或小管径管板焊都适用
Ø 一体式送丝机可实现无缠绕送丝，送丝机构具有校直功能，焊丝能够准确进入熔池

AT40 自熔管板焊机头
适用于φ8～φ38mm 不锈钢，碳钢，钛材等材料的管板焊接，主要用于管平头，自熔不加丝的焊接形式，重现性好，效率高；

Ø 适用于电站，冷凝器等换热设备的管板焊接
Ø 可焊碳钢、不锈钢、钛合金等合金材质；管板接头形式主要为管平头
Ø 旋转无缠绕结构，芯轴实现水、电、气自动分配，焊枪轻便化且暂载率高
Ø 定位方式分两种，小管径为铜套定位，大管径采用弹性夹头定位

AFW01 操作架
Ø    AFW01操作架是专为全位置管板焊接机头而设计的专用操作架，配合定位器一起使用，达到快速，稳定的焊接定位方式。
Ø    精密的导轨实现X、Y、Z三轴任意寻点定位。
